It is another Saturday in the office and I have a lot to do, but I just wanted to take a second to tell you how much I LOVE your service.  I have no idea how we would grow our business so fast and get the comments we do from our Eco Consultants about how responsive we are.  Seriously, the reason we have been able to grow is because Mailtank allows us to communicate in a very personal way with linked Templates to them AND their clients.  So when our 400 consultants each have 50 clients, we have to deal with 20,000 end clients and 400 eco consultants…and we do so with a HQ staff of 12, including Rosamaria and I. That is Mailtank.

The Wall Street Journal just recognized us as the only Nationwide Green Home and Green Office Consulting firm. We expect to have 100 Eco-Consultants in each state or over 5,000.

Mail Tank just WORKS. It lets us develop a consistent message so even the most junior team members can respond to clients or consultants as if it were the Co Founders speaking. With 100+ templates active we probably win the record for number of templates, given the small size of our company. But we take the time to develop good answers for all the issues that arise and are consistent in how we answer.
