I was just on the fringes of needing a solution and was going to go with an in-house open-source solution, but decided to give MailTank a try, because I have so little time to administer another platform of anything!! So it was down to two different companies, one located in Seattle. They made it very hard to sign up and get information–extremely unprofessional company who claims to have all these big clients. So, besides seeming to have the functions needed, being easy to work with and easy to sign up, I got the warm and fuzzies about MailTank. Plus, they’re Mac-centric, which weighed heavily in my decision.

The system has worked flawlessly. Most valuable about MailTank is its ease of use, performance and its core function of tracking.
