We had a customer abuse our terms of service and basically send spam.
Most of the providers worked with us to resolve the issue.
Barracuda Networks, a maker of an anti-spam appliance has a reputation list that is publishes to its customers and our primary SMTP gateway ended up on that list.
We have taken action to resolve the issue by submitting the information needed for removal and have joined their for-pay emailreg.org system.
